Is this course really 100% online? Do I need to attend any classes in person?


This course is completely online, so there’s no need to show up to a classroom in person. You can access your lectures, readings and assignments anytime and anywhere via the web or your mobile device.




What is the refund policy?


If you pay for a Course Certificate, you can request a refund within 2 weeks (14 days) after your payment. Once you have earned your Course Certificate, you are no longer eligible for a refund, even if you earn your Certificate within the two-week refund period.




What background knowledge is necessary?


This Professional Certificate is suitable for learners with both gelato and non-gelato background alike.




Will I earn university credit for completing the course?


At this time there is no university credit for completing courses in this Professional Certificate.




What is the payment method?


The payment could be through a transaction on PAYPAL platform to guarantee security. For people without PAYPAL there’s the possibility to proceed with the payment properly, with any and usual credit card (PREPAID ALSO, BUT IT MUST BE REGISTERED ON PAYPAL).
